The safari takes us south through the Rift Valley to Masai Mara where the largest concentration of game in Kenya is to be found. Then back North to the remote lakes Bogoria and Baringo a bird watchers and naturalists paradise.
DAY 1: NAIROBI/MASAI MARA
0800 hrs: Depart from your hotel for a journey south along the floor of the Great Rift Valley. Lunch served en-route, then past Narok climb the western wall entering Hemingways country Serengeti plains. Arrive late afternoon in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Afternoon Game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Camp.
DAY 2: MASAI MARA
Full day spent in search of Elephant, Zebra, Wildebeest, Rhino, Buffalo, Lion, Cheetah, Leopard, and other plain game.All meals and overnight at the Camp.
DAY 3: MASAI MARA
Full day game viewing in the Mara with an optional nature walk or a visit to a nearby Masai village in between the meals breaks. Dinner and over night at the Camp.
DAY 4: MASAI MARA / NAKURU
After breakfast leave the Camp and depart for Nakuru. Lunch is served en-route. L. Nakuru is renowed for its large variety of world famous birds. Its possible to see other game such as Rhino,Waterbucks, Impala, Buffalo and Gazelle in the surrounding gardens. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
DAY 5: L. NAKURU / LAKE BOGORIA
Morning spent game viewing at Lake Nakuru and in the afternoon proceed to lake Baringo. Those who prefer can organise a boat trip to view the many birds which inhabit this lake at extra cost. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
DAY 6: LAKE BOGORIA / NAIROBI
Explore on foot this nature lake and view the flamingos in their thousands. Caution must be taken while walking near the hot springs as these are super hot. Depart for Nairobi in the afternoon via Nakuru. Be dropped at place of choice.
